Does the stylus holder on the Rugged Keyboard support wireless charging for the Apple Pencil or other styluses?
The universal stylus holder is compatible with both the Apple Pencil and Logitech Crayon. The iPad 10th Gen does not support wireless charging for styluses, so this feature is not included in the case.
Is the keyboard waterproof?
The keyboard components are sealed off and have internal drainage channels to help evacuate liquid and thwart small
spills. However, the keyboard is not fully waterproof, and liquid damage will not be covered under warranty.
What shoulder strap is compatible with the case?

TROUBLESHOOTING
If the Rugged Keyboard or USB-C/headphone jack is not typing or functioning, try these
solutions:
- Unplug and Reseat the Connection:
- Unplug the USB-C
connection to the iPad. - Ensure the cable tip is free of debris and fully inserted
into the iPad port.

- Press and hold the
Sleep/Wake and Volume up buttons simultaneously. - Wait until the iPad

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
When transporting or storing Rugged Keyboard units, stack them vertically to
minimize weight and pressure, reducing the risk of damage. If horizontal stacking is necessary, do not stack more
than 4 units on top of each other.

CLEANING
Spray cleaning liquid onto a cloth and wipe the keyboard; do not spray directly
onto the case or trackpad. Microfiber cloths work effectively with just water, but non-toxic or chemical cleansers
without bleach can also be used. Ensure the case is completely dry before storing.
