Brenthaven Warranty

Since 1980, Brenthaven has been committed to providing high-quality products designed for the digital classroom. Our products are built with students in mind, ensuring durability and peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

• Apple Purchases: Brenthaven offers an exclusive lifetime warranty on cases purchased through Apple. This warranty covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.
• Headsets/Headphones: These products come with a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, regardless of where they are purchased.
• Non-Apple Purchases: For products purchased outside of Apple, we offer a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects, except for headsets/headphones and keyboard cases (see “Keyboard Cases” section below).

Keyboard Cases

Keyboard cases purchased through authorized channel partners are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including hardware-related failures under normal use.

Apple Coverage (3002)

Products purchased through Apple or Apple-authorized programs may be covered under an extended limited hardware warranty of up to four (4) years, in accordance with Apple program terms.

Channel Coverage (3005)

Covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing and hardware defects under normal use.

Apple/Channel Coverage (1050)

Covered by a two (2) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing and hardware defects under normal use.

Replacement Policy

If a defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Brenthaven will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product with the same or a comparable item, free of charge:

• Defective units will be replaced with the same model, or a comparable replacement if the original model is no longer available.
• For products purchased through Apple or Apple-authorized programs, units may also be eligible for replacement through AppleCare+ programs, depending on the deployment.
• Replacement units may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized modification
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (e.g., scratches, dents)
• Damage due to improper installation or handling not in accordance with product instructions
• Loss or theft
• Damage to or loss of contents within the product
• Loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses

Wear and tear is defined as the natural and inevitable deterioration or damage that occurs as a result of normal use over time. Regardless of how carefully you use or care for your product, it will begin to show signs of age and wear.

Brenthaven’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product.

Warranty Process

Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service. To request support, please contact [email protected] with a description of the issue and relevant photos if applicable.

If Brenthaven determines that a product is defective, we will repair, replace, or substitute the product at no additional cost to the purchaser. We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective product with the same or a similar product. Delivery times for repairs or replacements may vary depending on availability. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the repair or replacement (including to and from).

Important Notes

The Brenthaven warranty does not cover the contents within your bag. Brenthaven is not responsible for any damage to your digital devices, accessories, or other personal belongings.

Replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original purchase warranty.

Defects related to third-party accessories or adapters (excluding Apple products) will not be covered.

Limitation of Liability

Brenthaven is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if Brenthaven has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. Brenthaven shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of contents within the product, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses. The Brenthaven Guarantee does not cover damage done to your digital devices, accessories, or personal belongings, and we are not responsible for any related losses or costs.

By purchasing and using our products, you agree that this limitation of liability is reasonable and a fundamental part of the agreement between you and Brenthaven.
