Keyboard cases purchased through authorized channel partners are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including hardware-related failures under normal use.
Products purchased through Apple or Apple-authorized programs may be covered under an extended limited hardware warranty of up to four (4) years, in accordance with Apple program terms.
Covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing and hardware defects under normal use.
Covered by a two (2) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing and hardware defects under normal use.
If a defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Brenthaven will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product with the same or a comparable item, free of charge:

Wear and tear is defined as the natural and inevitable deterioration or damage that occurs as a result of normal use over time. Regardless of how carefully you use or care for your product, it will begin to show signs of age and wear.
Brenthaven’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product.

If Brenthaven determines that a product is defective, we will repair, replace, or substitute the product at no additional cost to the purchaser. We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective product with the same or a similar product. Delivery times for repairs or replacements may vary depending on availability. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the repair or replacement (including to and from).
The Brenthaven warranty does not cover the contents within your bag. Brenthaven is not responsible for any damage to your digital devices, accessories, or other personal belongings.
Replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original purchase warranty.
Defects related to third-party accessories or adapters (excluding Apple products) will not be covered.
Brenthaven is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if Brenthaven has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. Brenthaven shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of contents within the product, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses. The Brenthaven Guarantee does not cover damage done to your digital devices, accessories, or personal belongings, and we are not responsible for any related losses or costs.
By purchasing and using our products, you agree that this limitation of liability is reasonable and a fundamental part of the agreement between you and Brenthaven.
