Warranty Process

If Brenthaven finds a product to be defective, we will repair, replace, or substitute it at no extra cost to the customer. We may use the same or a similar product for the replacement. Shipping and handling costs, both ways, are the customer’s responsibility, and delivery times may vary based on availability.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage from abuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or cosmetic issues that don’t affect functionality.
